MadInkCo Returns & Refund Policy

At MadInkCo, we care about product quality and your satisfaction. Since our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand, our returns and refunds process follows specific conditions. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • To process your claim, you must provide:

    • An unboxing video of the product.

    • Clear images of the defective item along with the original packaging.

  • Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products)

  • As our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

  • If you wish to order a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Return Process

  • For approved returns, a reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.

  • Reverse shipping cost will be the same as forward shipping.

  • Example: If an order contains 5 items, the return shipping fee applies to all 5 items, though you may return only the defective ones.

Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • RTO products are sent back to our production partner:

HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.

  • No additional charge applies for RTO orders. To resend, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of defective or misprinted products.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not issued for incorrect order details (wrong address, wrong size selected, etc.).

  • MadInkCo reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all return/refund cases.
