MadInkCo Shipping Policy

At MadInkCo, every order is made-to-order with care and shipped directly to you. Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  
  

• In some cases, processing may take 4–5 business days due to high order volume, printing complexity, or quality checks.
  
  

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic (Within India): Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  
  

• International: Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs.
  
  

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your order until it reaches you.
  
  

Undelivered Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
  
  

• To resend, you’ll need to place a new order with the correct details.
  
  

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve entered the processing stage.
  
  

• If there’s an issue with payment or suspected fraudulent activity, MadInkCo reserves the right to cancel the order.
  
  

Special Notes

• In rare cases where courier partners cannot service your location, we may ship via India Post. Delivery timelines may vary slightly.
  
  

• If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on availability.
