Welcome to MadInkCo. By accessing or using our website (www.madinkco.in) and purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

• MadInkCo is operated from India.
  
  

• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  
  

• These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users.
  
  

2. Products & Services

• All MadInkCo products are made-to-order using print-on-demand.
  
  

• Printing, packaging, and shipping are carried out by our trusted third-party fulfillment partner.
  
  

• Slight variations in color, design placement, or size may occur due to digital printing processes and screen differences.
  
  

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  
  

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
  
  

• Payments are securely processed through Cashfree, which accepts multiple methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  
  

• By placing an order, you authorize Cashfree (and its banking partners) to process your payment details.
  
  

• MadInkCo is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
  
  

• If a payment fails but is debited from your account, Cashfree’s standard resolution timelines apply. Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed back to the original payment method.
  
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (up to 5 days during high volume).
  
  

• Estimated delivery timelines:
  
  

• Domestic (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  
  

• International: 6–12 business days depending on destination and customs.
  
  

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  
  

• Delays due to couriers, customs, strikes, or natural events are beyond MadInkCo’s control.
  
  

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a new order to be placed.
  
  

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Because products are custom-printed, returns are not accepted for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.
  
  

• Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, subject to our Refund Policy.
  
  

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting proof (unboxing video and images).
  
  

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the processing/printing stage.
  
  

• MadInkCo reserves the right to cancel an order if:
  
  

• Payment is unsuccessful or flagged as fraudulent.
  
  

• The order violates our policies.
  
  

• The product is unavailable.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site—including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of MadInkCo.
  
  

• You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.
  
  

8. User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with site operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Courier delays, failed deliveries, or customs issues.
  
  

• Technical errors or downtime of third-party services (Cashfree, courier partners, analytics tools).
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
  
  

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  
  

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
